Greg Kloiber-Managing partner

Greg is a seasoned real estate professional with 30-years of hands on experience working with various companies on their real estate portfolios. Since 2011 Greg has been the Managing Partner and co-founder of Top Gun Advisors, an independent provider of real estate solutions. In his role as Managing Partner, Greg plays an instrumental role in the development of the company’s service offering and executing its strategic vision while also actively participating in day-to-day client account management services. Prior to 2011 Greg held a variety of leadership and transactional roles including most recently an Executive Managing Director of the Colliers International corporate solutions platform. Throughout his career Greg has provided real estate services for users in a variety of industries, ranging from automotive and plastics manufacturers to firms in the housing industry.

He is an active member of the Industrial Asset Management Council, where he holds a fellows designation and services on a variety of delivery committees. Greg received his Bachelor’s Degree in political science and business administration from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL.
